Ordered 4 articles, only two were delivered. They don’t mix the protein into the açaí bowl so you get all your protein powder at the bottom. They also forgot ingredients in the order. Would expect better for those prices.

Açaí was great but food service was terrible. There was no one in there and the young woman working didn’t greet us and glanced over annoyed when we came in. While taking our order she was literally scrolling on her phone looking at bikini pictures of herself (I wish I was joking). She couldn’t wait just 30 seconds to have a one on one human interaction? With each question I asked about the menu she just shook her head yes or no. Even though the açaí was decent the customer service did leave a distasteful sting.

Stopped by the Meridian store today and had an amazing experience. Mariangel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the açaí was by far the best I’ve had in the US. Highly recommend this location!

Went to Korea and had this brand, had no issues was delish. However, I was a little disappointed when I came to this location and ordered the Super Glow smoothie which is basically just a Strawberry and Acai smoothie mix. The advertisement shows that the top of the smoothie should be pink but mine was straight white/greyish. I tried mixing it and gave it a go but it really wasn't good. Other then that, the Acai alone was fine. Service was good though.

Tried Oakberry Açaí and it definitely hits 🔥 The bowls are super good with lots of topping options, fresh fruits, granola, peanut butter, hazelnut , and more. You can build your own or pick from their signature combos, plus they also have smoothies and açaí drinks if you don’t want a full bowl. Adding condensed milk makes it extra sweet and sooo good. Only downside is parking, it’s in a really busy area, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky, especially on weekends. Still worth it though!

Walked in today Saturday 1/10/26 at 7:19pm and was greeted with “Ah la concha de tu madre” by this man. Which translates to “Ah your mother’s private area” which some people say in Spanish when something is a bother to them. Meaning me just walking in was a bother to this man in the picture. He eventually walks to the register and just stares at me instead of asking me what would I like to order. I greeted him with “Hi, how are you?” And the blank stare continues. I ordered an açaí cup and strawberry matcha and was honestly worried that he might spit on them while making my order with his behavior/attitude. My matcha wasn’t filled at the way and had a lot of ice as well. Please don’t leave this individual alone in your store, he needs to be supervised by a shift lead or something

I ordered from the Meridian Avenue location via Uber Eats, and the experience was great from start to finish. The delivery arrived quickly, and everything was well-packaged—no spills, and the açaí was still cold and fresh. Literally perfect! The bowl itself was delicious, smooth texture, not overly sweet, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. I added almond butter, strawberries, and coconut flakes, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. While it’s slightly on the pricier side, the portion size and quality definitely justify it. I’d absolutely order again—great option for a clean, satisfying, and healthy treat. Highly recommend! 🙃
